A casting mould that is well designed and manufactured to the highest standard is essential in ensuring your product quality and a smooth manufacturing process. Therefore, our engineers analyse each design for good castability and ensure the mould works in practice as expected.
Additionally, during the simulation analysis, we can determine whether the manufacturing process requires additional techniques, for example, to reduce the porosity of the aluminium parts. We use European steel and high-quality parts for all our casting moulds.
