Alteams Announces New Ownership Structure for Alteams Suzhou

Alteams Group has completed the sale of a majority stake in Alteams Suzhou to a new investor group.

Founded in 2001 to support the growing telecommunications market in China, Alteams Suzhou has developed into a leading provider of advanced aluminium casting solutions serving customers across communication networks, industrial applications, electronics and e-mobility. Today, the company employs approximately 500 professionals and serves customers both in China and globally.

Over the past 25 years, Alteams Suzhou has built strong customer relationships, developed extensive engineering and manufacturing expertise, and established a reputation for quality, innovation and operational excellence.

The new ownership structure creates a strong foundation for the continued development of Alteams Suzhou. With its experienced team, advanced manufacturing capabilities and strong customer relationships, the company is well positioned for future growth in its key markets.

For Alteams Group, the transaction supports the company's strategic focus on strengthening its European operations and responding to growing demand for demanding aluminium casting applications in Europe.
