Career Journey

I started my career at Alteams 10 years ago as a CNC operator. Even then, I knew this was just the beginning—I was motivated to grow and learn even more. After about a year and a half in the company, I became a Shift Leader, and later, I was promoted to Manager of the Assembly and Final Processes Department. In 2022, I took on a completely new area: Planning, Logistics, and Warehouse Management. Today, I am proud to manage the entire SCM Department at Alteams Poland. For me, each step of this journey has been an opportunity to learn, grow, and acquire new skills.

Daily Responsibilities

A typical day for me is always full of new challenges. I spend a lot of time analysing data, planning activities, and coordinating teamwork. I attend operational, strategic, and project meetings, and communication is super important—both within my department and with other areas of the company. I also make sure to support my team and help them succeed in their daily tasks.

Memorable Moments

One of my proudest moments was taking over the SCM department. It was a totally new area, and I had to quickly implement processes and build a team from scratch. Not only did we manage to organize the work effectively, but we also introduced improvements that increased efficiency at our factory site. Personally, seeing the team grow and achieve its goals has been incredibly rewarding.

What I enjoy most about my colleagues is their openness, commitment, and willingness to support each other. In our fast paced environment, communication and trust are key. Together, we share knowledge, tackle challenges, and learn from each other, which not only strengthens our relationships but also creates a positive and collaborative work atmosphere.

Personal & Professional Growth

My journey at Alteams has shaped me both professionally and personally. Along the way, I’ve learned to lead teams, manage projects, and think strategically about processes. Looking back, every step—from starting as a CNC operator to now leading the SCM department—has shown me that growth comes from seizing opportunities, taking on new challenges, and never stopping learning.

My advice for anyone thinking about joining our company: stay open to change, learn from those around you, and keep pushing yourself to grow. With ambition and a willingness to learn, you can achieve more than you might expect.
