Alteams has been awarded the first Edelläkävijä – Forerunner for Internationalisation certificate by Vaasa University of Applied Sciences (VAMK). The recognition celebrates the everyday work of Alteams in building an inclusive, international workplace where different backgrounds and perspectives are valued.

Through participation in the Ready for Talents and TKI-path project, we have taken time to learn and grow together with our partners and professionals from different cultures.
