In the latter part of 2018 Alteams started its international personnel development program – Alteams Academy. The length of the studies is around three years with the content being planned along with an external HR development company. Twelve key personnel members from different countries were selected for the first part of the training.
The participants study in conjunction with their work. In addition to external trainers, each participant has his or her own mentor either from Alteams Group or local level management group.
The target of the study program is to develop our personnel into being multi-skilled professionals from different backgrounds and cultures, which will enable them to commit to our company. With the aid of this international training, we will strive to construct a global co-operative culture, as well as enhance the interaction between companies in our Group.
