In-house Mould Design & Manufacturing

We make the best tools

A casting mould that is well designed and manufactured to the highest standard is essential in ensuring your product quality and a smooth manufacturing process. Therefore, our engineers analyse each design for good castability and ensure the mould works in practice as expected.

Additionally, during the simulation analysis, we can determine whether the manufacturing process requires additional techniques, for example, to reduce the porosity of the aluminium parts. We use European steel and high-quality parts for all our casting moulds.

Shorten ramp-up with casting simulation

At the beginning of every tooling design process, we run extensive casting simulations with simulation software. This allows us to optimize the mould, for example, for optimal gating, feeding and solidification.

Benefits of casting simulations:

  • Design analysis for good castability
  • Optimization of gating, feeding and solidification to ensure optimal tooling design
  • Implementation of customer requirements to product properties
  • Shortening the ramp-up time for mass production
