Alteams Whistleblowing Policy

Illegal and unethical activities raise social, moral and economic concerns, undermining good corporate governance and hindering development. Alteams Whistleblowing Policy supports the Alteams Code of Conduct.

The policy is intended to assist employees, stakeholders, vendors or any parties with a business relationship, who believe they have discovered nonconformity and especially illegal activities.

EU Declaration of Conformity ROHS III

Alteams is a manufacturing partner of advanced applications for communications networks and industrial applications using cast aluminium and bronze components.

Alteams guarantees that products manufactured by the company are in compliance with the Directive 2011/65/EU and 2015/863/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 8 June 2011 and 4 June 2015 on the Restriction of the Use of Certain Hazardous Substances in Electrical and Electronic Equipment.

Alteams Sustainable Procurement Policy

Sustainability is taken in consideration in Alteams procurement activities. Environmental aspects, as well as labor and human rights are taken into account in procurement. Procurement needs to be financially viable so that the company can also take responsibility for environmental and social issues.

Alteams is a manufacturing partner of advanced applications for communications networks and industrial applications using cast aluminium components.

This declaration certifies that all parts supplied by Alteams Oy, Alteams Finland Oy Alteams (Suzhou) Co. Ltd. and Alteams Poland Sp. Z.o.o , do not contain any of the below listed Persistent, Bioaccumulative, and Toxic (PBT) substances1 as restricted under US Code of Federal Regulations title 40, part 751 – “Regulation of Certain Chemical Substances and mixtures under section 6 of The Toxic Substances Control Act” (TSCA)2.

Conflict Minerals Principles

Alteams is committed to corporate responsibility and respecting human rights in our own operations and in the supply chain. Alteams fully supports U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and section 1502 of the Dodd-Frank regulation. We are committed to being or becoming “conflict-free”, so that any metals are sourced only from conflict free smelters.

We do our most to ensure in co-operation with our suppliers and customers that our products and our processes are not utilizing Conflict Minerals.

REACH statement of compliance with the EU REACH regulation (EC) No 1907/2006

Since the lists in question are continuously updated in accordance with Article 33 of the REACH regulation, we declare a constant monitoring of the possible inclusion of new substances on the list, and a timely information to our customers in case, such substances, were contained in products we supply.
